BRISE SOLEIL
Brise Soleil not only makes a great architectural feature to any property, but also works as a sun-breaker system, which reduces heat gain within a property by shading direct sunlight.
The design and fabrication is completely made from aluminium with extruded aluminium blades, fixed and slanted to a specific angle, with laser cut mullion arms, all powder coated for protection. BSL have worked with very close with the best designers and engineers which has enabled us to use other products including timber. We are able to work with most materials making it easier to achieve the perfect outcome.
CLADDING
Cladding is the application of one material over another to provide a skin or layer. In construction, cladding is used to provide a degree of thermal insulation and weather resistance, and to improve the appearance of buildings. BSL have a specialist team that can design, build and maintain ensuring you have a robust product which will last a lifetime.
Structural Steel
Steel frame structures are known for their strength, durability, and versatility. They are constructed by welding, riveting, or bolting steel materials together to form a rectangular grid. Steel frame structures can be used to build a variety of structures, from garden sheds to multi-story office buildings. BSL work closely with clients to ensure we get it right 1st time and that nothing is compromised.
FACADES

MAINTENANCE
Not all properties need major refurbishment programmes. However, we do appreciate that some of our clients require ongoing repairs to maintain the fabric of their business premises. BSL can provide a short term, long term or one off maintenance package that suits you.
